Been busy around here and since I ain't great about keeping up appearances I've been slacking. So here is a good looking doe that I was watching from my porch while I drank my coffee the other day. Also included for your enjoyment one of the damn nope ropes that trespassed. Never a dull moment out here.

It's a little chilly and ice all over, but chores still have to be done. Ol Edna cranked right up ready to yell at the herd with me.

It's always bittersweet the older we get thinkIng of those that have passed on to sit with the Father, but we should remember we are not slated to join the ranks just yet and our mission is here to help guide those around us.

We have a O'possum family that comes visiting of the evening. In the left is Peckerhead O'possum. He's pretty relaxed until I start petting him. In the right is Testicules O'possum, named for the ballsy missions undertaken to secure the cat food bag I accidentally left on the porch.
Never a dull moment.

She showed up about a month ago. Skin and bones, scared, and very stand offish. Well now she's put on weight, comes running when she hears the door open, and will talk my ear off until I love on her. She still doesn't care for Sh****ad (the OG barn cat) but she will almost tolerate him being within 10ft.

She really is a sweet girl. Already has us trained.
