As much as I’ve enjoyed baking in round creusets over the last 20 years I never was a fan of the large slices once you get to the middle. So I recently switched to a loaf-shaped crock and I don’t think I’m going back!
Plus, I’m loving the Kornby Mølle Hvedemel nr. 1 flour I found at a local farm stand.

The other major exhibit is Sophie Calle - amazing, quirky, funny and worth a visit.
