This ensures that the important pollens, enzymes, and nutrients are kept within the honey. We offer two all natural varietals of honeys orange blossom and wild flower. To achieve each varietal, we strategically place the bees in specific fields. We also had a little fun and infused three

honeys with cinnamon, lavender, and habanero. The caramel honey sauce is a family recipe created by Robin Harlan. We are a family owned and operated apiary located in Winters, CA.
