Fermentation scientists have studied yeast life cycles for decades. Unfortunately, not many get to hear the magical sounds that the yeast make while they are doing their due diligence to make delicious beer. You, my friends, are about to be privileged to hear this beautiful mysterious sound that the yeast make.
