Hard to believe this guy is off to college tomorrow. He’s been helping us grow this business from day 1 and this summer he’s been handling most of the roasting duties and local deliveries. Needless to say we are going to miss him.

Starting a small business comes with its unique challenges and rewards. Personally there’s no better reward than working with your kids and watching them learn this craft and grow into thoughtful, kind, and productive adults. I would say it’s his last day on the job, but maybe he’ll be back…we love you Neville Hupton

WE ARE HIRING!

This is an entry level position, 15-20 hours per week, with potential for growth.

Duties include : Processing wholesale & on-line orders. Packaging, labeling and shipping orders. Deliveries to local retail locations, cleaning & general office duties.

We are looking for a team player who is able to communicate effectively, pays attention to detail. Must have excellent customer service skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. This job is perfect for someone who is interested in working in coffee & looking for an opportunity to learn about the craft!

We are psyched out of our minds for this next Limited Release coffee! We haven’t featured a coffee from East Timor before and are excited to share two new offerings from this origin in the upcoming weeks. In an area that has primarily relied on wet-hulled processing methods because of the cloudy, rainy climate, producers in East Timor have developed their own techniques for washed, honey and natural processing to highlight the quality of the coffee they are producing and it shows.

The first coffee we are bringing to our lineup is a washed process coffee from the Ermera region. Featuring a smooth bodied cup with notes of molasses and cinnamon, this coffee makes a delicious cup to enjoy in whatever brew method you put it to. Grab a bag while supplies last and be on the lookout for another coffee from this origin dropping in the near future.
