This year has been interesting, to say the least…
We planted over 150 Lavender plants, not a single one survived…same process as last years plantings (going strong), but no success…
Almost all of the fruit (Plum, Peach, Pear and Apple) was destroyed by Japanese Beetles, over 150 trees worth of fruit…we’re looking at around 3 or 4 dozen apples that remain…
Lastly, the Honey Bees haven’t produced a single ounce of Honey thus far, not a drop…almost 15 Gallons last year, to nothing!
Then there’s the garden…this thing has over produced, over supplied, and grown beyond expectations…we have learned so much, we have been able to bless so many others through it, it’s been incredible!
Could the lack in other areas, allowed us the room to focus on another?
What I do know is that in all of it, through all of it, God has been with us the whole time. He is so faithful, He is so generous…and we’re looking forward to what he has ahead!
