❤️Happy Father’s Day!! We are celebrating Clayton today but while going out to let the goats out, I saw one of our hens got out. While watching her, I noticed some movement by her feet in the grass.

💭My first thought: Oh no, how long as she been out? How did she survive all those bad storms? But also…How many chicks are there??

🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥🐥 9…she had 9 babies with her! I’ve been wanting to hatch more out but was hesitant. Looks like I got my wish! These are pure Black Copper Maran and some mixed with an olive egger roo.

🍞I’m a day late but wanted to let y’all know that sourdough pre-orders are back up. Please put your name in the notes spot underneath billing info when you order. I’m trying to fix the website but having troubles and didn’t want to wait too long to get pre-orders going.

Sourdough PRE-ORDER is live!! Payment at pickup is unavailable at this time but we may revisit this in the future! Pre-orders must be submitted prior to 4pm on Thursdays and will reopen the Monday after.

What a great weekend. Aiden loves his new “Cookie & Tulip”. We are back to having fresh milk and Cookie is a great milker so far. Now off to plan for sourdough orders next weekend!
