Stewarding our land, cattle and all resources is a responsibility we don’t take lightly. We take care of them, and they take care of us.

Today, Nate Leystra from Leystra Seeds was out scouting the corn crop with Tom Walker. We are grateful for all those that come alongside us on this farming journey!

What a week for all of us at Walk-Era!

Starting on Saturday, we exhibited at our first Dodge County Fair Futurity with great success. Walk-Era Eye Candy Rebel made her show ring debut and brought home the title! Huge thank you to Shawn Nehls and his crew for getting her out and looking phenomenal!

We moved onto State Show and continued with great results for our homebred string! Rebel went on to take Intermediate Champion honors for her new owners and we captured 1st place Jr. Best 3, a goal we have had for a long time!

We can’t thank Dana and Kyla Johnson enough for their care and preparation of our girls at the show!

Cheers to all the moms, aunties, those like moms and those in waiting! Happy Mother’s Day!
