Bennett Cranberry Company is looking to hire a full-time employee to join our team. We are located outside Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
Duties would include assisting the marsh manager and foreman in the day-to-day operations on the marsh. You need to be self-motivated, be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities would include:
• Assist with nutrition, pest and cultural practices.
• Help with tractor and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in irrigation and frost protection.
• Communicate with manager and crew.
• Drive and operate dump truck, heavy equipment and tractors.
• Welding and fabrication.
• Attend classes and training when needed.
Qualifications:
• Farming and mechanical experience preferred.
• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Motivated and self driven.
• Valid drivers license, must be insurable by commercial carrier.
