Cajun Lime Shrimp Tacos!

I started with some Black bean and Lime tortillas, then layered a bed of spring mix and topped with grilled Cajun Shrimp and fresh hot pico de Gallo. Finally, drizzled the tacos with a unique cilantro lime dressing.
These were delicious and will be making again.

Today I made the traditional Oklahoma Onion SmashBurger. This burger originated in El Reno, Oklahoma and its know for a massive amount of thinly sliced onions, double stacked thinly smashed meat and gooey rich cheese. This was absolutely delicious.
