Having been associated with Dutch Oven cooking for over 40 years, we enjoy sharing the outdoors & cooking in Dutch ovens, and the western way of life. We are available for competitions, catering, cooking classes, photo shoots, and demonstrations, with or without the Chuckwagon.

Just finished up our participation in the Willcox West Fest Ranch Rodeo and Chuckwagon Cookoff. Was another windy weekend making some challenges, but overall was a great event meeting some great folks and sharing our talents & time. Thanks!

Common dish soap no longer contains high concentrations of lye, so it's entirely safe to use to clean your cast iron cookware. The secret to preventing rust is all in the drying. Do it promptly and thoroughly after washing. To help protect your seasoning, rub on a super thin layer of oil after you dry. Just like moisturizing after bath time. 😉🧴
