1. High altitude, bush vine macabeo (65%) and garnacha blanca off limestone, native yeast ferment and 4mos on lees in tank.

2. Dy farmed, head-pruned, old vine garnacha from Zaragoza, spontaneous ferment in underground, concrete vats followed by 3-4mos in 5hl wood casks.
