🌱 It’s garlic harvest time, and she’s a beauty!

We’ve still got plenty more to harvest before the rain rolls in. Once it’s out of the ground, our garlic will spend the next few weeks curing before it’s ready for market—and before we start transforming it into our popular black garlic.
