As of 7:15 PM on 8/30/26 Short rib with caramelized onions is sold out!

This is the specialty sale order thread for 8/30/26. I will have limited inventory for the Short rib with carmelized onions. I decided to do 4 flavors since Mac n cheese are both in top 3! Also if you really wanted a flavor let me know I may be able to hook you up!

$12 a dozen- Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese, bacon cheeseburger Mac n cheese, peaches n cream cheesecake and lemon curd and blueberry cheesecake

$15 a dozen Short rib with caramelized onions (SOLD OUT) and steak and cheese.

$10 a dozen regular flavors potato and cheese, potato cheese and onion, farmer cheese, garlic mashed potato, and loaded baked potato.
Cash or Venmo ( Shannon-Ziomek) please specify. Pick up will be Sept 26th 10-12 pm if you can’t make it that day please message me ahead of time to find another day/time. Alright people! I am tired of wrapping pierogi packages! This is an alternative to that. I think the smaller bag since too much room in the bigger bag. These bags will be heat sealed with a tear away strip and you will be able to zip the bag for those that can’t resist the whole dozen. Or do you really like the pierogi in its current packaging? We would love some feedback!

Hey guys! How are you? Hope your Summer is going well. My sister and brother in law turned 50 this month! I decided to do pierogi trays for their celebration. Anything extra I have I will be selling. Stay tuned the flavors are short rib with caramelized onion, buffalo Mac and cheese, steak and cheese, pepperoni and cheese, and taco.

So I am thinking of a specialty sale for Labor Day weekend. Any flavor requests?

Also, I am thinking of starting the punch card club. When you fill it you get a free dozen.

The things I think about working in the kitchen.

Oh I seem to have an extra of a few of these specialty flavors I think pepperoni and jalapeno.

As of 7/1 at 10:45 pm post is closed.
We had an issue with me not liking the outcome of apple pie pierogi, so it is going to be more of the original Apple cinnamon and possibly figuring out the cheesecake. Flavor is great just not enough apple and I just didn’t feel it was good enough. If you change your mind on this let me know.

Introducing pierogi platters!!!! I have wanted to do this since I opened!!! Now that my son is graduating high school, and I will be making a pierogi platter for his party, I feel it’s a good time to offer it.
Here is how we are going to do this to ensure it’s successful. You order a pierogi platter two weeks ahead of your event and I will have it cooked and ready for you with sour cream or another dressing to go with it on the day of the event.
5 dozen for $100
3 dozen for $60
Savory Flavors are potato and cheese, potato cheese and onion, garlic mashed potato, loaded baked potato with bacon, farmer cheese, buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, or pepperoni and cheese.
Dessert flavors are strawberry cheesecake, lemon curd and blueberry for summer.
