We are currently in our third year of production, developing our seed that has become acclimated to this part of Montana. We will have our product available for sale in the fall of 2023, but until then, as our crop grows, we will have scapes available every summer.

Elephant garlic scapes are considered a culinary delicacy. These green plant tops are tender and sweet, and are removed so that all the plants energy is going to the bulb rather than the flower.
