We’re excited to share the menus from as they begin their next chapter in the Bev2 kitchen.

Starting June 16th, they’ll be serving every Tuesday and Thursday, bringing their Texas roots, catering experience, and some seriously good food to the taproom.

One thing we talk about all the time is, “What’s for dinner?” Well, now you’ll know. No more standing in front of the fridge for 20 minutes hoping a gourmet meal magically appears between the ketchup and leftover takeout.

Check out the menus, make your plans, and let someone else do the cooking!!

There is live music every Thursday and it will be nice to have this menu available because you know you’ll get hungry while enjoying the show 🎶

We’re excited to have them in the kitchen and even more excited to have fewer people telling us they’re going home to eat cereal for dinner. 🍻

Adding wood to the inferno inside the evaporator gets pretty toasty at times.

I prefer my double fronted Carhartt pants with a Carhartt jacket. It helps to deflect the heat as sometimes I swear I can feel my clothes melting onto me.

I have been to other sugar houses where the “loader” is basically in fireman’s’ gear to stay safe.
