Hooray for the return of farmers market fresh meals! Each week, we endeavor to create a meal with products from the markets we visit. Last week, we enjoyed fresh salmon from The Boys Fresh Catch, which was oven baked with maple syrup from Todd's Sugar Works. It went perfectly with butter toasted baguettes from Good Bread and a side of rice pilaf. Stop by The Nick today [12:00 to 3:30] to support these and so many other amazing farmers and artisans!

Happy Saturday! We're at the Gilford Youth Center for the Lake Region Spring Craft Fair. We'll be here until 2 today with all of your basket making essentials as well as ready-to-go baskets. Stop on in to have pancakes with the Easter Bunny, and don't forget to swing by our table and say hello!

Thank you so much, everyone - the raffle winners have been notified. If you didn't win, don't worry! This coming Saturday (April 12), we'll be at the Lakes Region Spring Craft Fair taking place at the Gilford Youth Center. Our booth will be ready with all of your basket-filling needs!
