As of 2019 we started to process and sell the longhorn beef because we believe in the health benefits that pasture to plate offers. We have also expanded into selling commercial and show quality show goat

s. We also have a small garden that we are able to collect and sell produce from it and sell baked goods at Farmers Markets in and around Lubbock, Tx.
