The bees at Snapper Bend Farm are primarily for pollination of fruit trees and garden, but they produce both honey and wax. They are just one of many species who are great partners to have on a small farm. Spring is coming, we need to treat all returning and emerging species as partners in our life’s endeavor.

Today at the Moorhead farmers market, Snapper Bend Farms will be offering :
Yellow onions, Garlic, Carrots, Pumpkins, 3 types of Mellon, Apples, 2 types of Pototoes, Celery, Fennel, Dill, Cucumber, 3 types of tomatoes \, Eggplant, 3 types of peppers and Swiss chard. All organic and packed with flavor and phytochemicals to keep you healthy.

The garden is producing, melons, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, fennel, carrots, beats, pumpkins and more. All will be offered at market at Viking ship park in Moorhead MN 3:30 - 6:30 on Tuesdays. All fresh, locally grown and organic.

We be offering our first produce of the year at the Moorhead farmers market 3:30 to 6 PM at Viking ship park, Tuesday evening. Swiss Char, kale, dragon beans, red peas, lettuce, Borage and maybe some cut flowers.
