Last minute Christmas idea! Beef sample box.
1 package New York strip, 1 package rib eye, 1 package boneless beef top sirloin, 1 package beef tenderloin, 1 package ground round, 1 3lb roast, 10 lbs burger. 2 steaks per package, roughly 1 lb. Black Angus beef steer. Finished on free choice alfalfa mix hay, pasture, and corn. Butchered Oct 2024. $160. (More cuts and burger available)
