I suspect my cancer developed because of bacteria - I had undiagnosed gut dysbiosis/leaky gut for many years. Breast cancer and a long list of other chronic illnesses are linked to a leaky gut (check out Pub Med). I found this video to be reaffirming.

My chronic inflammation started from a hyper response to my highly dysfunctional childhood. Survival mode causes inflammation. It's just as important to heal emotionally as it is to eat healthily.

Almost all diseases or ailments stem from inflammation. This is why inflammation is thought to be the root of disease, but it’s not. This distinction makes sense when you consider the causes of inflammation.
