In recent years, John has taken an interest in diversifying his families Howard county farm and exploring different sustainable ways to manage the farm

as an effort to increase income and keep the farm operational. It was in 2010 that Love Dove Farms was established as a new era of Dove farms. After working on an organic farm, John adapted organic farming techniques and developed a new vision for his family farm. " People demand full transparency of what goes into their food: how it has been grown and what environmental impacts result from the production. The days of excessive nutrient and chemical applications along with long distance transportation of food is no longer acceptable." - John Dove.
