Introducing our new line of botanical teas, Brew them individually or blend them into your favorite tea to add some natural health benefits. Many of our botanical teas have been used in homeopathic remedies for centuries. Today we’re rolling out fig leaf, mulberry leaf, lemon balm, yarrow, calendula, dandelion root, chocolate mint, and bee balm. More to come in the future.

Introducing our new line of botanical teas, Brew them individually or blend them into your favorite tea to add some natural health benefits. The Countryside Artisans Fall Studio Tour is this weekend (Oct. 2 - 4) from 10:00 - 5:00 each day. We are so excited to be a part of the tour and will have extended hours this weekend. Stop by and check out our gorgeous goldenrod fields. We have been so inspired by them that we're immortalizing the golden rod in clay.

This past week was all about harvesting honey and it didn't disappoint. The honey, that our wonderful bees produced, is a dark amber color and is so sweet with undertones of fruit. When it first hits my tongue, I taste strawberry....which is interesting because we don't have any strawberry plants on the farm currently.

In addition, we have a special treat this year.....jarred honey comb. It is not our policy to take the comb from the bees. However, this year, one of the colonies started to draw comb up in an empty feeder box. The comb can't stay there for the winter, so we removed it and jarred a bit of it for those honey comb enthusiasts.
