Today we say goodbye to Alessa, so she can begin the next chapter in her life, college. She has been an amazing addition to our little Waffle family and seeing her go will leave a void at Our Waffle Creations. But we are also so happy for her! She was also, truly Ziya's favorite! She is so dedicated to her goals; school, family & work! She's already told us she's coming bak to work next summer and tonleave a bottle of Mango Habanero sauce for her 🤣

One of our regulars, George always comes and gets our waffle donuts. We eventually found out he takes them and then goes to McDonalds and buys a burger. He then takes the burger patty and puts in between 2 waffle donuts. Apparently its a thing! Since now we sell both, he got it made from us. And he LOVED it. We might call it George's Special.
