Hello Loves! It has been a really busy year, hope I haven’t missed much. Yesterday, I took off my many hats for my chef’s hat and guess what, I STILL GOT IT 💪🏾!
Made this delicious savory galette, with an Italian twist. Roasted tomatoes, garlic, basil and burrata, sitting on the most flaky short crust pastry. It was a masterpiece if I do say so myself.
