🧀 Wisconsin cheese roadtrip!🧀 Recently, some of our staff got to take an excursion to some Wisconsin cheese facilities to learn more about what sets their cheese apart from the rest. Did you know that if Wisconsin were a country, it would be the fourth largest cheese producer in the world? Or that 90% of milk produced in Wisconsin goes towards cheese! Our staff learned all this and more so that they could bring the magic of Wisconsin cheese back to IGF.

We'd like to thank Uplands Cheese Company, Crave Brother's Farmstead Cheese, Carr Valley, Deer Creek, Henning Cheese, Marieka Gouda, and Hoardsman Dairy for making this all possible!
