As much as I'm thankful for the rain (our area definitely needed it! 🌱💙), I'm a little sad that it means I won't be able to put the Goody Cart out today.

But... I do have a few fresh goodies available for porch pickup!

🌧️ **Goody Cart Update** 🌧️

After checking out the radar, I've decided **not to put the Goody Cart out today.** The weather just isn't cooperating, and I'd rather keep everything safe and dry.

If you're still craving some fresh sourdough, I do have a few items available for **porch pickup**:

✨ **A Little Schedule Update for the Goody Cart!** ✨

Starting this week, **the Goody Cart will no longer be open on Fridays.**

🛒 **New Hours:**
🥐 **Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🍞 **Sunday:** 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or until sold out!)

After a lot of thought, I've decided to move our cart days to the weekend. This schedule works much better for my family and my work schedule right now, and it allows me to put my full attention into bringing you the freshest breads, cinnamon rolls, bagels, and other homemade goodies.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and for continuing to support my little bakery. Your kindness and encouragement mean more than you know, and I can't wait to see you every **Saturday and Sunday**!

As always, come early for the best selection—your favorite treats have a habit of disappearing fast! ❤️🥖

⚠️ **Saturday Closure Notice** ⚠️

After keeping a close eye on the forecast and current conditions, I've made the difficult decision to **keep the Goody Cart closed on Saturday**.

The combination of the severe weather conditions and poor air quality isn't safe for me, or anyone else! ❤️

**Good news!** If you have already placed a **pre-order**, your pickup will happen **as scheduled**. I'll be reaching out if there are any changes, but at this time, all pre-order pickups are moving forward as planned.

🚫 **I am not accepting any additional orders at this time.**

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support. It truly means the world to this small business! I plan to reopen **next week** and can't wait to have the cart stocked with fresh goodies again.

🌧️🔥 **Weather Update for Friday** 🔥🌧️

After keeping a close eye on the forecast, I've decided **not to put the Goody Cart out on Friday**.

With the **heat advisories**, **wildfire smoke**, and the **threat of storms throughout the day**, I'd rather play it safe than risk the cart (or myself!) in the unpredictable weather.

💛 **Good news:** All **pre-orders are still being baked and will be ready for pickup as scheduled!**

🥖 **Need something?** If you were hoping to grab some goodies, send me a message! I'll do my best to accommodate pickup orders, depending on my baking schedule and ingredient availability.

As for **Saturday**, I'm watching the forecast closely and will keep everyone updated as soon as I know more.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, flexibility, and continued support. Small businesses have to roll with whatever Mother Nature throws our way, and I'm so grateful to have such amazing customers. Hopefully we'll be back to filling the cart with fresh-baked goodies very soon! ❤️🍞🥯🧁
