Yesterday we had to file an order of protection against a seemingly bitter competitor that called and directly threatened our business and our people. We’ve also been made aware numerous times they go out of their way to lie about us being out of business, which we’re not, amongst other untrue claims to try and mislead customers, which we let go and move on with our day. They claim we disparage their business, when we in fact educate people on the right and wrong way to do water filtration, never saying a bad word about them or anyone in their organization, as most will attest. We actually invite people to meet with them to see the difference. People then entitle their own opinions and make decisions based on science, facts, and a firm understanding of exactly what they’re buying and choose who they’re buying it from. We can’t help they choose us. Know who you’re doing business with.
