I bought a cow. He’s an 8 month old Scottish Highland named Finn who I have dreamt about for years.

I live an incredibly blessed, beautiful and full life, and Finn reminds me of this every single day. ❤️

my life is a beautiful mess, but there are moments like this when I can only see the beauty. fresh bread and crackers. homegrown lettuce. straight from the coop eggs. grateful for this bounty. ❤️

the WHOLE garden is filling up with lettuce greens, spinach, radishes, garlic, onions, herbs and more. all the hard work is worth it when you can head out and pick fresh produce at dinner time❤️.
