Ox Hollow Farm Ox Hollow farm is a diversified, family operated farm nestled at the gateway of Litchfield County

Throughout the last 2 years, Ox Hollow Farm has shifted to utilizing minimal spray (to none in some instances) when managing crops. Ox Hollow Farm has expanded vegetable production, utilizing organic and Non-GMO retail sources when purchasing seed for use within vegetable gardens. Ox Hollow farm currently has two CSA programs for individuals to partake in to enjoy our products year round. The firs

t CSA features a protein-packed “Meat-Share” offering different cuts of Beef, Pork, Chicken and Lamb 1x monthly, and the Second CSA is a 20 week feature of Ox Hollow Farm’s vegetables and eggs. Ox Hollow Farm’s all-natural Angus beef, high grade Duroc and Hampshire pork, free-range chickens (seasonal turkeys), and brown eggs can be found at several local area farm markets, as well as various local natural food markets. Ox Hollow farms products are available year round via our CSA meat share as well as online/phone orders.

We’re honored that chefs like Genee Hebansky from Genee Habansky source meat, corn, eggs, and other fresh ingredients from Ox Hollow. There’s nothing better than seeing local ingredients transformed into incredible meals by talented local chefs.

The best part? You can shop both of our vendor booths at the Westport Farmers Market every Thursday from 10–2pm.

The boys have been putting in the work this summer, on the farm and at the markets right alongside us.

They told me they don’t want to go to summer camp… they just want to work on the farm. I’d say we’re doing something right. ❤️

At this rate, Mark and I are just waiting for them to come at us with employment contracts and PTO requests.

This month’s box includes:

• 2 packs of drumsticks
• 1 pack of wings
• 1 pack of maple chicken sausage
• 1 pack of turkey sweet Italian sausage
• 2 packs of ground beef
• 1 pack of pork chops
• 1 jar of salsa

$100 per ox box

Ox Boxes are available for pickup at our farmers markets or farm stand.

If you’re placing an online order of $150 or more, you can add an Ox Box to your order for delivery.

Cash or credit card accepted. Gift cards cannot be used for Ox Box purchases.
