It was so nice meeting the residents, visiting, laughing, and sharing some of our honey with everyone. We really enjoyed getting to spend the evening with such a great group of people.

Every time someone asks if it’s hot in a bee suit, I just laugh. 😂🥵

Beekeeping in the summer is basically CrossFit with thousands of tiny, winged supervisors. 🐝🍯
Kevin and I are both melting out there, but somebody’s gotta keep the girls happy! ❤️ 🐝

One of the coolest things about raw honey is that it's never exactly the same. Depending on what the bees have been foraging, each batch can have its own color, flavor, and character.

Some honeys are light and mild, while others are darker with a richer taste. That's all part of what makes local, raw honey so special,it's a reflection of the season and the flowers in bloom.

Which do you reach for first, the lighter honey or the darker one? We'd love to hear your favorite! 🍯
