There used to be a little café on the corner near our house. Nothing fancy, just one of those spots that felt like it was made exactly for you.

Every single time we went, I ordered their mint lemonade. Every. Single. Time.

They're gone now. New owners, new menu. And I grieved that lemonade a little, not gonna lie.

So I did what any reasonable person does. I figured it out myself.
Fresh lemons, mint from the garden (or the grocery store, zero judgment), and liquid cane sugar straight into the pitcher. No cooking. No simple syrup. No waiting. Just cold, bright, perfectly minty lemonade in about 10 minutes.

It might be even better than the original. I'm just saying.
The recipe is on the blog today and it is SO good for summer. Backyard parties, lake days, Tuesday afternoons when you just need something cold and delicious.
