The 2020 Blackboard Merlot, a blend of grapes from Soaring Eagle, McNary, & Four Feathers vineyards, is a true expression of Washington's terroir. Handpicked in the crisp fall mornings, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel, followed by three months aging in 45% new French oak. This culminated in a w**e rich in aromas of molasses, vanilla, & spiced blueberry pie.

• 2020 Blackboard Red W**e •

Post-harvest, fermentation took place in stainless steel, preserving the w**e's intrinsic flavors. Three months on oak, with 60% being new French oak, imparted nuanced flavors & structure. The end product was a harmonious blend crafted under the guidance of W**emaker Soren Dietz.

Soaring Eagle, McNary, & Four Feathers each lent their unique terroir, contributing layers of complexity. Harvested during the crisp early fall mornings of 2020, each vineyard added its signature touch to the final blend.

The 2020 Blackboard Red W**e was crafted from multiple vineyards in Washington State; Soaring Eagle, McNary, & Four Feathers. Farmed using sustainable practices, the vines were harvested in the early fall mornings of 2020. The w**e was fermented & aged in stainless steel, with three months on oak (60% new French oak).

From Soaring Eagle & McNary vineyards in Washington State, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers fig leaf aromas & a hint of preserved berries. Crafted using sustainable practices, it spent three months on French oak, producing a w**e with notes of strawberry preserve & chocolate.
