Avennia’s highly-regarded series of wines belong on the stage with any in the state, and beyond. They are conceived to show the full potential of some of Washington’s most venerable sites, showcasing the ability to make world class wines here. Many of us don’t drink wines like this every night, though. Les Trouvés fills that place at the table, or on the patio, for a wine we feel comfortable splas

hing into casual glassware and drinking with a bowl of bouillabaise, or taking on a picnic! Inspired by the wines of Provence, which reflect the enviable lifestyle of that area, these wines display how extremely well situated Washington is for making great table wines, as well. In the spirit of beautiful sunny days, outdoor lunches, and afternoon games of pétanque, one can’t do any better than a glass of crisp white wine. With a patio lunch of roast chicken and sautéed spring vegetables, a juicy, quaffable red is going to fit the bill; a wine you can order by the carafe (or two) and enjoy guiltlessly into the afternoon. Thus is born Les Trouvés (pronounced lay troo-vay), a new collection of wines curated by Avennia, from the French “found”. We have specially searched out, selected and assembled these wines from around the state to reflect Washington’s unique version of the spirit of Provence. These wines are meant to be enjoyed as soon as you like, as often as you like and appreciated for what they are, as a testament to the abundance and versatility of Washington’s winegrowing regions.

Hello everyone who are fans of the Les Trouvés Wines. Wanted to update everyone if you haven't learned this already. We have discontinued these wines and replaced it with the Lydian line up. You can follow this new wine's journey here -www.lydianwine.com and on Facebook at Lydian Wine.

What is Lydian? The name is defined as a mode that is used as a building block for some of the world’s oldest and newest musical masterpieces. This happy sounding scale brings joy on its own, yet when molded and crafted by talented musicians can become a work of timeless art.

To that end, we craft Lydian using many of the same building blocks as the lauded and innovative Avennia lineup. The resulting wines showcase the pure, vibrant fruit characteristic of Washington State, but at a price that brightens Tuesday night dinners at home, or at your favorite restaurant by the glass
