Easy appetizer idea, and the perfect pairing for Grenache! 🍷

Simply drain a can of garbanzo beans (or cannelinni) and toss with romesco sauce, a puree of roasted red peppers easily whirred up in a food processor.⁠
OR sub a jar of Trader Joe's Red Pepper Pesto. Serve the bean mixture on toasted slices of bread rubbed with garlic and top with shards of Parmigiano-Reggiano. Easy and delicious! To round things out add a salami rose. 🌹
