Happy New Year, friends.
Before anything else, thank you.
Whether we’ve spent time together at a tasting, you’ve stocked our sauces on your shelves, you’ve trusted me with coaching or consulting, or you’ve simply cheered us on from the sidelines, your support means everything. We’ve been working in fermentation, food, and regulatory spaces for over 20 years, but 2025 was extra special because of you - we even added a new line of business offering consulting services for other makers navigating the regulatory red tape to get from kitchen experimentation to store shelves. From our family to yours, thank you for being part of this ride - we couldn't have done it without you!
NEW SEASONAL SAUCE
Our newest seasonal release is here: Kiwing Me Softly.
It’s bright, fresh, and gently spicy. Golden kiwi, perilla leaf, and Thai chili, fermented to a medium-mild sweet spot that plays well with just about everything. It’s one of those sauces that disappears faster than you expect (I've been tapping into my own supply and have gone through 4 bottles already - I really need to slow down if I want to actually sell any.) There are only 60 bottles left.
LOOKING AHEAD
This year is going to be loud in the best way.
New flavors are already fermenting. Collaborations are in motion. And yes, you’ll be seeing us on national television a few different times throughout the year, everything from PBS to the largest gameshow for startups on planet earth. I can’t say much beyond that just yet, but if you follow along on our social media, you’ll get the first hints as air dates get closer.
Expect more stories, more sauce, and more chances to connect.
