With all the new IPAs we’re constantly pouring, we can’t forget Apian IPA!

The Apian Series has been our flagship line of west coast IPAs since day 1, and continues to be a year-round favorite. Light in body and bold in flavor, it delivers everybody’s favorite Mosaic hops in a refreshing pint that’s particularly well suited for the lake, a hike, or just relaxing in our sunny beer garden. Today we’re excited to announce a new beer brewed in collaboration with friends all across Woodinville. Over 30 Woodinville breweries, wineries, bars and restaurants have come together to present “Group W” PNW Pilsner. Light and crisp, it takes the world’s most popular beer style and reinterprets it through the palate of the Pacific Northwest. This beer is Woodinville’s love letter to soccer, and our invitation to join us in celebrating the beautiful game during this summer’s festivities!

We will be releasing Group W at the Watts Brewing taproom on Wednesday, June 10th, and you’ll be able to find it on tap at all the fun watch parties and soccer celebrations across Woodinville throughout June and July. Come celebrate with us!

The jewel wasps (Chrysididae) are a beautiful family of cuckoo wasps known for their iridescent shells.  We aimed to capture this iridescence in beer form with Jewel Wasp IPA.  Look for layers of apricot, pineapple, orange and white grape when we tap the first keg this Friday!

Have you tried our latest beer? Melipona is the ultimate beer to enjoy in the sun, whether in the beer garden or on a beach somewhere.

I know we just tapped a new IPA, but there’s more on the way! Jewel Wasp returns May 15th! 🐝🍺

Jewel Wasp is a hybrid IPA brewed with an iridescent blend of Talus, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops.
It’s light in body like a West Coast IPA, but with a gentle haze and fruit forward flavor profile like a hazy. Look for a radiant blend of pineapple, orange, apricot, and white grape.

Jewel Wasp hits the taps Friday, May 15.
