The bones are roasted and out of the air fryer, and now we are layering in the dry seasonings + herbs that will slowly cook down into this batch of beef bone broth.

Now weā€™re getting to the good stuff! After prepping all of the herbs and veggies, itā€™s time to get the beef ready.

One of my favorite parts about making bone broth this way is knowing exactly where everything came from beef we raised, herbs from our garden, and simple ingredients prepared right here at home. (For the most part)
