We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated self-starter to join our team! Is this you? Or do you know someone? This person will be the primary contact for our larger customers and brokers, and handle related shipping coordination and documentation as well as Accounts Receivable tasks. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are needed. We are a small office that values a person looking for a long-term position in a team oriented, positive environment.

Duties include:
-Courteously answering customer emails and phone calls
-Managing orders including entry & billing
-Shipping coordination and documentation
-Coordinating with co-workers as needed

Job requirements:
-Computer proficiency in Word, Excel & Google Sheets
-Willingness and ability to learn a new software system
-Excellent time management skills
-Self-starter with ability to stay on task and motivated
-Working in person at our office with our team members

Pluses: Knowledge of plants, gardening best practices, and/or nursery operations; Spanish; customer service experience

35-40 hrs/wk. Scheduled working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Wages start at $25-32.50/hour DOE. Benefits include medical insurance and vacation time.
