What is nitrate-free bacon you ask? Our bacon is cold smoked for 6 weeks to give it a more natural pork flavor. Safe for pregnant women and cancer patients to eat. It comes standard cut and shingled in cryogenic-vacuum sealed lb. packages. USDA inspected.
