We have been serving hand cut quality meats, smoked link sausage, summer sausage, dry sausage, breakfast sausage, jerky, and our very own barbecue seasonings and barbecue sauce for almost 90 years. We also have a daily breakfast and lunch in our dining area. As well as barbecue every Saturday. This afternoon the crew is rolling out our cream cheese jalapeño poppers, lining them up by the hundreds. Wanted to thank everyone who shopped with us over Labor Day weekend. Y’all kept us BUSY and we don’t take that for granted.

He’s officially TEMPORARILY OUT OF ORDER…👀😅😆😂
Since Tuesday he’s been on that Butcher Boy cutting damn near 20,000 lbs of product so everybody’s ready for Labor Day weekend! His hat started the week sitting nice and straight. By Friday it had worked its way almost all the way backwards.
