🐐I have had a lot of questions lately regarding fair babies for the 2026 show season, so I thought it would be a great time to reflect on the past accomplishments and inform everyone of the future. 🍀2025 show season definitely had some lows but also was topped with some incredible highs. Lakeview Family Farm had market wethers and doelings at both Monroe County and Belmont County fair this year.🎡 Shout out to those kiddos who put in the time to present the animals to their fullest potential. Ryker, Zavery, Charlie, Julliana, Jolie, Harrison, CJ, Bailey & Travis!! You all are our motivation to keep going especially in these negative temperatures. In total: Belmont finished with a 🥉3rd and 6th in class & Monroe County Brought 2-4th place, 🥈3-2nd place, 🥇4-1st place class ribbons and a🏆 Grand Market Champion Wether. 🐐
Thank you to the kiddos who stepped in without hesitation when our showman went down due to an early week football injury. When my hands were full, yours were empty and proved why 4H kids are the best. Zavery worked her tail off showing as many as she could while Lane, Kylee and Charlie had her back for the rest. 🙏Thank you to James Maynard for the wealth of knowledge that has led us to breeding for more quality animals and the continued support throughout the off season. 🌾Thank you After Hours feed for the best nutrients to bring our animals to the top. 📸Thank You Kayla Renee Photography for the last minute capturing of a lifetime moment.
With that being said, Lakeview Family Farm has downsized slightly since we have numerous other activities on top of 4H and Farming. 🍼Thankfully babies will be arriving by the end of February and we will be able to provide more information on how many we will have available for the 2026 season!!! ❤️ I can honestly say it will be very limited. 😬I have already spoken to a few families and started building our interest list. If you are interested in purchasing this year or in the future please be sure to get on our contact list now. 📝
