People keep asking… Are you still flower farming? YEP! But it sure has been a challenging year from voles eating my tulips and ranunculus and deer jumping my fence and having a feast! Ranunculus and other Spring beauties are going out the door. It is a big YAY. Just as the remaining ranunculus that the voles didn’t eat were put in the cooler, I had a small electrical fire, and the cooler had to be unplugged. So the house is filled with flowers and the mini splits are working over time to keep the house cool and the flowers fresh. At least the flowers are happy. 🥶. I am so grateful for my CSA members, regular customers and frequent deliveries. All these flowers need a home… not mine!
