We use locally sourced ingredients in order to support other local businesses, as we seek to foster community through high-quality meals. OUR STORY: In 2001, we s
tarted our first food adventure opening The Black Bear Deli in West Hurley, NY. The deli was an instant success as the neighborhood fell in love with the amazing egg sandwiches, pancakes, spicy chicken wraps, blue claw crab mac and cheese and more. Every day Scott would fill the deli case with an tantalizing array of dishes from Chicken Marsala to Curried Tofu, Shrimp Puttanesca to Eggplant parmesan. People enjoyed both dining in with us, as well as taking meals home to be enjoyed with family later. Customers relished having a gourmet Chef at their fingertips who created wonderfully delicious dishes for a reasonable price. Due to lease issues, the Deli closed in 2005. Fast forward 17 years, and we’re back. Although this time, with a twist. We are creating the same dishes with loads of new additions, now delivered right to your door! The world has changed, but excellent food stands the test of time. We look forward to feeding our community once again and hope you will join us on this new adventure in food.
