Enter Humbly, and leave Seasoned. This is what I want for myself, the ingredients, and the other cooks around me. To leave better than we came, and to do it in a way that supports and loves the things and people around us with respect and inspiration. Which is sometimes very hard. I fail at this a lot. I race against myself to try to be better than I was the day before, and learn something from everybody, because everyone has something to teach me. I love being a chef, and I am excited for the day where I will be the chef that I hope to be. Just keep working towards it.
