We love local produce season 🌽🫜🥬🥕🥦🫐

Our Woodstock location has Vermont sweet corn from MacLennan Farm in Windsor, VT! And our Waterbury market has organic broccoli from Dog River Farm in Berlin, VT!

Plus, both markets have greens, beets, radishes, tomatoes, berries, mushrooms, cucumbers, beans, and more from other incredible local and nearby farms!

Luckily for you, you do have access to the internet! So why not order our famous house made Maine lobster roll, cup of WFM gazpacho, and side of our signature coleslaw for your Friday night dinner? Each lobster roll contains a quarter pound of fresh Maine lobster claw and knuckle meat and celery tossed lightly in mayonnaise, served with lettuce on a grilled brioche bun 🦞

Edgewater Farm is located in Plainfield, NH, less than 20 miles from our Woodstock store 🫐

Since 1974, when Pooh and Anne Sprague first planted strawberries on their 80-acre property, Edgewater Farm has grown into a thriving multi-generational operation, with family members ranging in age from 7 to 94 working the land together. The farm grows over 200 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and flowers across sprawling fields and poly greenhouses. They also have a seasonal farm stand and a commercial kitchen!

The Sprague family is deeply committed to sustainable practices, including integrated pest management and the use of beneficial predatory insects—practices rooted in a shared ethic of stewardship for the land, the valley fields, and the river that runs through them.

Glenn's summer wine picks are in 🥂

He's been loving the Chablis from Domaines Albert Bichot. The Bichot family first settled in Burgundy, France, in 1350. Bernard Bichot started their wine trading business in 1831, and his descendants have expanded it to what it is today — six estates across Burgundy and their wine available on every continent! Plus, they've earned Glenn's seal of approval! He declared this wine as "what a Chablis should be!"

His favorite rosé for the summer is Schlosskellerei Gobelsburg Cistercien! Schloss Gobelsburg is one of the oldest wineries in Austria. The monks of the Zwettl monastery were granted the first vineyards in 1171 and managed the winery until 1995. They took excellent care of the plants and the earth, using organic fertilizers and no herbicides. In 1996, Michael and Eva Moosbrugger acquired the estate and its vineyards and continued the long-standing tradition of producing exceptional wines. Glenn says the Cistercien rosé is "dry, crisp, and just yummy!"
