D Central Farms D Central Farms are located at different locations in McHenry County, Illinois. Our grassfed beef operation is situated at over eighty-five acres land.

We produce 100% grassfed beef free of antibiotics and any added hormones in a humane manner. Our Grassfed Beef Operation is based on the understanding of both the methods of beef production and the current scientific knowledge of the human and cattle dietary needs. We adhere to the following standards:
*The cattle are only fed grass, forage, and natural salt with well or spring water.
*The cattl

e have access to pasture at all times.
*The cattle are not treated with antibiotics or growth hormone.
*The cattle are born and raised on our own farm. We believe in proper treatment of cattle by providing them with natural feeds, shelter, and humane handling, resulting in a better quality of beef without the use of antibiotics, growth hormone, or other unnecessary medications.
