Today was all about serving up a slice of fun—literally! I created pizza-shaped cookies (yes, even that iconic red roof is edible!) for an upcoming Pizza Hut Employee Appreciation Day. Next week, I’m flipping the script and designing taco cookies. If you can dream it, we can bake it—whether it’s pizza, tacos, or anything your heart (or taste buds) desire! This is just the beginning of a delicious, creative journey!

This first one is a chocolate cookie shell with peanut butter chips, a heart of peanut butter filling, peanut butter Oreos, Reese’s Pieces, a chocolate peanut butter layer, and—you guessed it—Reese’s cups. Topped off with chocolate peanut butter and peanut butter buttercream dollops, it’s decadence on a whole new level. But here’s the fun part: these cookie pies can be customized in countless flavors! Buckle up, Saturday adventurers—Pink Peony Bake Shoppe is open today! If weekday hustle kept you away, this is your golden ticket. From 9 a.m. till 2 p.m. (or until we transform into a crumb-covered mirage), we’ll be serving vanilla bean scones hot from the oven, brown butter chocolate chip and blueberry scones, cinnamon rolls, Dubai and almond croissants, cookies galore, and pumpkin crumble muffins drizzled with maple magic. Grab a pastry and let the weekend taste as sweet as it should!
