Making our annual pumpkin beer! This stuff is such a pain to make, pumpkin sets up like concrete in the mash, which requires constant manual stirring for the duration of the hour... a lot more fun to drink.

This was an Oktoberfest Ale that I made for a party back in 2013, long before I had all the precision things I have now. It's still fun to watch the yeast hard at work though!
