We’re thrilled to welcome Cindy Mugnier to the clinician lineup for Winter Bootcamp: Get Show Ready 2027.

With more than 30 years as a professional horsewoman, instructor, and judge, Cindy brings an extraordinary depth of experience to the Morgan and saddle seat worlds. She has judged across the U.S., Canada, England, Sweden, and South Africa, coached Gold Medal World Cup teams, and twice judged the international saddle seat competition.

As co-chair of the Morgan Judges Education Committee and a leader across some of the sport’s most influential organizations, Cindy brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to the arena.

We can’t wait to learn from her at Lingering Hills, March 19–21, 2027.

Meet Tate Roesink. 👋

Tate is an assistant trainer at Grove Pointe Stables in Hebron, Ohio, and has spent his entire life around Morgan horses. What began as a family connection to the breed has grown into a career—and a passion for building its future.

That’s exactly what we love about the next generation: they’re not just participating in the Morgan industry. They’re building careers in it.

We’re committed to creating opportunities for the young professionals who will carry this sport forward, and we’re thrilled to have Tate join us at Winter Bootcamp: Get Show Ready.

We’re thrilled to welcome Melissa Moore to the 2027 Winter Bootcamp faculty!

As owner and head trainer of Sunrise Stables in Versailles, Kentucky, Melissa has built an extraordinary career in the Morgan show ring—with 60+ World and Reserve World Championship titles and approximately 60 horses trained to World or National Championship titles for her customers.

And she’s not just been in the ring. Melissa is an accomplished clinician, educator and judge, having judged major competitions across the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom—including the Morgan Grand National, Lexington Junior League and Kentucky State Fair World Championships.

With experience in the ring and behind the judge’s card, Melissa brings a perspective few can match.

Now, she’s bringing that experience to Winter Bootcamp: Get Show Ready.

From winning a Regional Saddle Seat Equitation Championship at just 11 years old to decades of experience as a Morgan exhibitor, trainer, clinician and highly respected judge, Karen has truly done it all.

Stephen Kinney Joins the 2027 Winter Bootcamp Speaker Panel

We’re thrilled to welcome Stephen Kinney to the speaker panel for the 2027 Northeast Morgan Winter Bootcamp: Get Show Ready!

A true wealth of Morgan horse knowledge, Stephen brings decades of experience, perspective, and insight to the Morgan community. As the recently retired longtime editor of The Morgan Horse magazine, Stephen has spent years documenting, celebrating, and helping shape the story of our breed.

We’re delighted to have him join us in the classroom this March as part of our expanded speaker series.

This year, Winter Bootcamp is growing beyond the arena, giving riders, observers, and guests even more opportunities to learn from some of the most accomplished and knowledgeable members of the Morgan community.

With 300+ World and Grand National Championships and Reserve Championships, multiple USEF judging cards, and experience coaching the 2015 Young Riders World Cup Team to gold medals across every division, Kelly brings an incredible depth of experience to the arena.

We’re thrilled to announce Peggy Alderman as the first speaker for the 2027 Northeast Morgan Winter Bootcamp: Get Show Ready!

This year, we’re expanding the Bootcamp experience beyond the arena.

For 2027, Northeast Morgan is introducing an expanded speaker series and building an entirely new heated classroom at Lingering Hills creating a dedicated space for riders, observers, and guests to gather, learn, and connect throughout the weekend.

With more opportunities to learn from leading voices in the Morgan horse community, this year’s Bootcamp promises to be our most comprehensive educational experience yet.

With 35+ years as a professional horseman, an AMHA Golden Reins Award, countless champions, and experience across multiple disciplines, Richard brings an incredible depth of knowledge to the ring and we can’t wait to have him at Bootcamp. Currently at trainer at Taylor River Farm, LLC!

It’s back! We’re excited to announce that 2027 Winter Bootcamp: Get Show Ready is returning to Lingering Hills Stable, LLC from Friday, March 19 through Sunday, March 21, 2027!

We’re also excited to share that Maine Morgan has joined the Winter Bootcamp planning committee! We’re thrilled to have them on board as we continue to grow and elevate this event for the Morgan community.

We’re taking Bootcamp to the next level this year, with expanded sessions, even more saddle time, and plenty of exciting upgrades designed to help you get show ready.

And that’s not all, we have an incredible lineup of clinicians that we can’t wait to announce in the coming weeks!
